Job Title: Media Buyer – Meta & Google Ads

About the Role
The Visionary Group is seeking a skilled Media Buyer with proven experience in Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads to support our performance marketing and audit functions. This role focuses exclusively on paid media strategy, execution, and account auditing for eCommerce brands.
You will be responsible for running and evaluating paid advertising campaigns, identifying optimization opportunities, and compiling insights that drive client performance. Unlike our previous combined “audit specialist” role, this position is highly specialized—we are looking for someone with deep platform expertise, not a generalist.

Key Responsibilities
-Paid Media Management
-Strategize, build, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms.
-Conduct ongoing performance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
-Identify opportunities for scaling and efficiency improvements.

Account Auditing
-Perform structured audits for client accounts, focusing on:
Campaign structure
Tracking & attribution
Creative strategy
Audience segmentation
Bidding and budgeting
-Produce clear, insight-rich audit reports used internally and externally.

Collaboration & Workflow
-Work alongside internal teams (email, creative, leadership) to ensure alignment on performance goals.
-Communicate complex paid media insights clearly and professionally.
-Maintain high execution standards, organization, and attention to detail.

Requirements
-Must-Have Experience
-Proven track record running Meta and Google Ads for eCommerce brands.
-Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution, and optimization strategies.
-Ability to audit accounts and identify key insights quickly and accurately.
-Experience managing budgets efficiently and improving ROAS/CPA metrics.

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in agency settings or managing multiple client accounts.
-Strong analytical and reporting skills.
-Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify data, tracking implementations, etc.

Ideal Candidate Profile
-We’re looking for a performance marketer, not a designer, not a general digital marketer—someone who lives and breathes ads. Ideal candidates will have:
Hands-on experience running both Meta & Google campaigns.
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to identify gaps in campaign structure.
Clear communication skills suitable for presenting insights and audits.
