Appointment Setter

Compensation: $8/hour + $10 per booked appointment + $5 per show-up
Part-time: ~1 hour/day (availability window 8am–8pm EST, Mon–Sun)

We’re looking for a fast, confident, top-tier Appointment Setter to call warm leads coming straight fro ---------- ta Ads and book them into our calendar.

No cold calling. Leads are delivered directly to your email — you call immediately and follow up aggressively to maximize meeting rate.

What You Will Do

Call every new lead as soon as it lands in your inbox

Do a quick qualification (simple script provided)

Book the meeting in our calendar

Send short follow-up messages (SMS / Messenger / WhatsApp)

Update CRM ( notes on calls & booked meetings)

Re-activate older warm leads

Focus: Aggressive, high-touch follow-up to maximize meetings and show-ups.

Requirements

Excellent English (clear, confident, persuasive voice)

Fast reaction time — call leads immediately

Comfortable doing multiple touchpoints aggressively

Strong communication skills

Quiet workspace + reliable internet

Call center, inbound, or appointment setting experience

Experience with Meta leads is not required — handling warm/inbound leads is enough

Availability

8am–8pm EST, Monday–Sunday

Initially ~1 hour/day, later potentially more as volume grows

You only work when leads arrive, not full 12h


Compensation:

$8/hour for actual work done

$10 bonus per booked appointment

$5 bonus per show-up
