AI Agent & Automation Expert (Remote | Full Time)

We are looking for an AI Automation Expert who can build real, reliable, end-to-end AI solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and support our SEO, operations, and internal processes.

This role is for someone who has already built working AI agents, automation systems, and integrated workflows using LLMs, APIs, webhooks, and automation tools. We want someone who understands how to architect solutions, not just someone who can write prompts.

You must be able to show proof of automations you have personally built that solve business problems, streamline repetitive work, or improve output speed and accuracy.

What You Will Work On

• Designing and building AI-driven automations that support SEO work, reporting, content processing, audit workflows, data collection, and repeated operational tasks
• Creating AI agents that can handle multi-step workflows without constant human involvement
• Integrating LLMs with APIs, databases, task systems, and internal tools
• Improving the speed and quality of existing workflows using custom automation logic
• Identifying bottlenecks and proposing AI-powered or automation-powered solutions
• Maintaining, updating, and improving existing tools and agents

Requirements

• Proven experience building working AI agents or automation systems
• Strong understanding of LLMs, API integrations, and workflow automation
• Ability to design structured, multi-step workflows using tools like Python, Node, Zapier, Make, or custom solutions
• Ability to troubleshoot, refine, and optimize automations for reliability
• Experience with SEO-related automations is a plus but not required
• Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
• Clear communication and organized documentation habits

• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval workflows
• Experience building internal tools or dashboards
• Familiarity with Chrome automation, scraping, or structured data extraction
• Familiarity with cloud hosting or serverless environments
