AI automations

We are looking for an experienced Automations Specialist with deep expertise in Make.com and N8N to architect, build, and maintain automated workflows across our operational, marketing, support, and financial systems. The ideal candidate understands both technical automation logic and business processes, and can translate requirements into reliable endtoend systems. Experience integrating AI models into automation flows is essential.

Responsibilities
• Design and build scalable workflows in Make.com and N8N that streamline internal operations, customer journeys, and datadriven decisionmaking
• Integrate APIs from CRMs, payment processors, communication platforms, marketing systems, and internal tools
• Implement AI powered logic using models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and Hugging Face within workflows
• Build monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for automation reliability
• Optimise existing automations for speed, robustness, and cost efficiency
• Map entire business processes and convert them into automated sequences
• Work closely with leadership to identify new automation opportunities
• Maintain documentation and version control for all workflows
• Troubleshoot errors, rate limit issues, and data inconsistencies in real time

Requirements
• Advanced experience with Make.com and N8N for API orchestration and multistep workflow automation
• Ability to work with webhooks, JSON, OAuth, and custom API modules
• Fluent in JavaScript or Python for custom functions inside N8N and external services
• Strong understanding of OpenAI API usage, embeddings, assistants API, and model selection for different tasks
• Experience integrating databases such as PostgreSQL, Supabase, Airtable, or Notion
• Ability to design data flows that avoid loops, duplication, and conflicting outputs
• Familiarity with versioning and environment management for productionready automation systems
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to reduce manual work across departments
• Excellent communication, documentation, and systemarchitecture skills

Nice To Have
• Experience with Zapier, Pipedream, or custom microservices
• Background in SaaS, fintech, subscription systems, or prop firm operations
• Understanding of trading account lifecycles, user onboarding, KYC processes, and payout workflows
• Knowledge of serverless environments like Cloudflare Workers or AWS Lambda
