APPOINTMENT SETTER (WEEKEND POSITION)

Saturday & Sunday | 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
Philippines Time: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM PHT

We are looking for a professional, articulate, and highly reliable Appointment Setter to handle incoming calls and text conversations for a U.S.-based dog training company. This is a high-responsibility role where you will serve as the first point of contact for new clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming calls from potential clients
• Conducting intake by gathering required information
• Scheduling consultations on the correct calendar
• Managing text message conversations through our CRM
• Maintaining active follow-up with leads who are not yet ready to schedule
• Ensuring equitable distribution of qualified appointments across our sales team
• Using approved scripts and communication guidelines at all times
• Representing the company professionally and confidently

This role is not customer support and not a sales closer position. Your responsibility is intake, scheduling, and lead management. You will not provide dog training advice; you will redirect callers to the appropriate consultant.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent, fluent, and eloquent spoken English
• Experience as a remote appointment setter or customer service agent for an American company (strong advantage)
• Ability to follow scripts precisely and take charge of conversations
• High attention to detail when capturing client information
• Fast and reliable internet connection
• A reliable computer suitable for Zoom calls
• A personal smartphone capable of running our CRM mobile app
• Ability to work independently and stay organized during long shifts
• Strong follow-up habits; must maintain communication with open leads

WORK SCHEDULE

This posting is for the WEEKEND position only.

• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (11:00 PM – 9:00 AM PHT)
• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (11:00 PM – 9:00 AM PHT)

You must be available for both days.

COMPENSATION

• $5 USD per hour for the first 2 months and $6 USD per hour thereafter
• Performance-based bonus structure when certain KPIs are met
