Technical Support & Data Operations Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for a Technical Support & Data Operations Assistant to strengthen our team. In this role, you will support our operational, analytical, and data driven processes across multiple marketplaces and internal systems. You work precisely, understand the structure behind reliable data, and know how to turn raw input into clean, usable output.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate in shared Excel environments and build analytical files from scratch.
• Create automated or semi automated data files using Python.
• Normalise and structure data using SQL (Azure SQL), Excel/Googlesheets, and Python.
• Fetch and process data from API endpoints or uploaded files, and store it in Azure SQL Database.
• Perform quality checks on datasets and ensure consistency across systems.
• Support marketplace related operations such as basic listing checks, data preparations, and understanding platform structures.
• Contribute to reporting, documentation, and process improvements.
• Create or support data visualisations using Power BI or through basic web development approaches when needed.

Requirements
• Proven experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
• Hands on experience with Python for data processing.
• Familiarity with Azure SQL, databases, and the concept of data normalisation.
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI (or interest in web based visualisation).
• Strong problem solving skills you can spot irregularities and fix them proactively.
• Highly organized and structured in your way of working.
• Strong attention to detail accuracy is essential.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
