Pacific Legal Team is a Civil Litigation Firm. We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Litigation Paralegal/Attorney who is committed to delivering exceptional legal representation and contributing to the continued success of our growing practice.

Position Overview:
The Litigation Paralegal/Attorney will play a key role in handling complex legal matters from initial case assessment through trial. The ideal candidate has strong research and writing abilities, advanced litigation skills, and a proven track record of managing client relationships with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

*Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents

*Analyze case strategies, evaluate risks, and manage litigation timelines

*Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

*Draft litigation documents

*Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines

*Utilize technology, including AI-powered tools, to enhance efficiency and case outcomes

Required Qualifications:

*Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

*Active license to practice law

*Demonstrated skill in advanced legal research

*Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Google Workspace

*Familiarity with AI tools and technologies relevant to legal practice

*Strong analytical thinking, time management, and organizational skills

*Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Preferred 5+ years of litigation experience

*Graduated in the top 20% of class

*Experience with complex civil litigation or specialized tort matters
