As we grow, we are expanding our backend systems and marketing automation using Go HighLevel (GHL) and are looking for a skilled, reliable Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with strong experience in Go HighLevel to support CRM management, marketing automations, system updates, and digital workflows.

You will assist with:

Setting up and optimizing automation workflows

Creating and managing campaigns, triggers, and pipelines

Handling CRM data (contacts, tags, segmentation, custom fields)

Managing follow-up sequences for leads and customers

Basic funnel edits, landing page updates, and form integrations

Building text/email workflows for customer engagement

Quality-checking automations to ensure accuracy

Light administrative tasks related to customer communication

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and organize contacts, tags, and pipelines in Go HighLevel

Import/export customer data

Keep customer records updated and accurate

???? Automation & Workflow Setup

Build and test automation sequences (SMS, email, triggers)

Create tracking links, funnels, and workflow reporting

Troubleshoot broken automations or failed triggers

???? Marketing Support

Assist with email/SMS campaign creation

Manage daily follow-up workflows

Build nurture sequences for new leads

Support marketing admin tasks

???? Administrative Support

Prepare reports

Summarize system activity

Manage appointment booking workflows

Provide daily accountability check-ins

Requirements
? Must-Have Skills

Proven experience in Go HighLevel (GHL)

Strong understanding of CRM systems and automation logic

Experience with workflows, triggers, and pipelines

Ability to create sequences (email/SMS)

Reliable internet + backup plan

Excellent English communication skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Fast learner and tech-comfortable
