This role is a strategic blend of relationship management, business development, and external relations. The Manager will be responsible for expanding Gifted Gabber’s market presence, driving revenue through affiliate and speaking opportunities, and critically, establishing and nurturing professional relationships within the college admissions ecosystem to ensure Coach Jo's methodology is recognized and valued.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships, ideally within the high-end coaching, college consulting, or educational services sector.
Proven ability to secure high-value speaking and media opportunities (a clear priority for growth ).
Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing B2B relationships and affiliate programs.
