JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing Virtual Assistant + Landing Page Builder
Part-Time | Remote | 10–15 hours per week
Position Summary
Seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant with experience in website landing-page creation to support patient growth and enhance online visibility for a mental health practice. This role focuses on digital marketing, lead follow-up, social media management, and building a high-converting landing page.
The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Patient Intake Support
Monitor and respond to daily inquiries from platforms such as:
Zocdoc
Psychology Today
Klarity
Google Business Messages
Website contact forms
Communicate using approved scripts.
Assist with scheduling new patient appointments.
Track all leads, follow-ups, and conversions using a spreadsheet or CRM.
2. Social Media Marketing
Create and schedule 2–3 social media posts weekly.
Use design tools (e.g., Canva) to create simple, professional graphics.
Engage with followers and relevant community groups to increase visibility.
Maintain consistent branding and messaging.
3. Google Business Profile Management
Publish weekly Google posts and updates.
Upload new photos, announcements, and service updates.
Respond to patient inquiries and reviews using approved replies.
Optimize listing for improved search visibility.
4. Online Reputation & Review Management
Send review requests to satisfied patients using templates.
Track review progress and follow up when needed.
Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication practices.
5. Marketing Administrative Support
Maintain a weekly marketing calendar.
Track KPIs such as inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and conversions.
Update website content when needed.
Assist with marketing projects and growth initiatives as assigned.
6. Landing Page Design (Required Skill)
The VA must be able to design and build a high-converting landing page, including:
Strong headline and service description
Clear calls to action (e.g., “Book Now,” “Schedule Appointment”)
SEO-friendly content
Clean, modern, mobile-optimized layout
Integration with booking links or calendar tools
Optional: additional pages for specific services (ADHD, anxiety, depression, etc.)
Ability to work within platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar
Required Qualifications
Previous experience as a Marketing VA or Digital Marketing Assistant
Ability to design and edit website landing pages
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create graphics using Canva or similar tools
Experience with social media platforms
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to follow structured processes and work independently
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in healthcare, mental health, or wellness settings
Familiarity with SEO best practices
Basic CRM or lead-tracking experience
Experience with platforms like Zocdoc, Psychology Today, or Google Business (helpful but not required)

Approximately 10–15 hours per week
Flexible schedule, but must check messages and inquiries multiple times per day
