Hi! I'm looking for a highly skilled and creative video editor based in the Philippines to join my team. You'll be working directly with me to create short-form TikTok Shop videos designed to drive affiliate sales.

??? Your Main Responsibilities:
Receive batch raw footage fro ---------- and edit it into 15-second sales-focused TikTok videos

Use CapCut (mobile or desktop) for video editing

Research trending TikTok content, especially in the affiliate and product niche

Use trending sounds + Eleven Labs AI voiceover to craft high-converting videos

Product 20 edited videos per day, using provided content (no filming required)

Continuously improve video style based on performance data and trends

Capcut - your main editing tool

Eleven Labs - for realistic AI voiceovers

Tiktok/Shop/Spy Tools - for competitor research and trend spotting

? Requirements:
Proven experience editing short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)

Strong knowledge of TikTok trends and the TikTok Shop ecosystem

Ability to match existing video styles and stay consistent with edits

Excellent English and communication skills

Reliable internet connection

Can work quickly and meet daily output targets
