About the Role
We are hiring experienced Recruiters in the Philippines who can manage fast-paced, high-volume hiring for our solar and operations teams. This role requires strong English communication skills, confidence on calls, and the ability to screen, qualify, and close candidates efficiently. Only apply if you have proven recruiting experience and can communicate clearly, professionally, and fluently in English.

Key Responsibilities
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple roles across the organization
• Conduct phone interviews with confidence and clear English communication
• Manage full recruitment pipelines with urgency and accuracy
• Track and report daily KPIs including calls made, interviews booked, show rate, and approvals
• Maintain organized notes, clean candidate workflows, and follow strict recruiting processes
• Provide weekly updates on pipeline health, bottlenecks, and hiring needs
• Collaborate closely with department heads to understand role expectations
• Deliver a great candidate experience while maintaining high hiring standards

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2 years of professional recruiting experience (BPO, corporate, or agency)
• Exceptional English speaking and writing skills (non-negotiable)
• Strong phone presence and the ability to evaluate candidates quickly
• Experience working in high-volume recruiting environments
• Ability to hit daily/weekly KPIs and manage deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working US hours
• Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
