Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant (MVP Launch Specialist)

Hours: 5–10 hours per week (flexible)

Pay Range: £3–£5/hour (depending on experience)

Main Purpose:
Help launch a minimal viable product (MVP) on Amazon using a lean, low-cost system. You’ll handle research, supplier communication, listing setup, and basic optimisation.

Product Research

Analyse Amazon listings using simple tools (Helium 10 or free alternatives)

Identify low-competition, small, lightweight items

Build lists of product opportunities that match criteria

Supplier Sourcing

Contact suppliers (Alibaba, 1688, private manufacturers)

Request quotes, MOQ, logo printing costs, and shipping

Collect sample details

Negotiate price

Prepare a comparison sheet for me to approve

Listing Preparation

Prepare Amazon listing drafts

Write product title, bullets, and description

Research keywords

Upload images

Request GTIN exemption where needed

Photos & Creative Tasks

Coordinate with product photographer

Source lifestyle photos (AI-generated or stock)

Prepare image briefs (what goes on each photo slot)

PPC (Advertising)

Create simple, low-budget campaigns

Monitor daily

Report performance weekly

Inventory & Shipment

Create shipping plans

Communicate with suppliers & freight forwarders

Track inventory levels

Notify me before stock runs low
