About the Role
We are a growing brokerage working with a high volume of buyers and sellers. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Lead Nurturing & CRM Manager to manage buyer relationships, re-engage stale leads, and support outbound lead generation to owners interested in selling.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates clearly in written English, and can think logically about workflows, lead status, and follow-ups. You need to be logical and able to figure things out on your own, without needing to be held by the hand the whole time. You’ll play a critical role on the buy-side, helping ensure the right listings reach the right buyers at the right time while also supporting outbound outreach and CRM operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Buyer Lead Nurturing & Reactivation
- Manage and segment buyer leads inside our CRM
- Send relevant business listings to buyers based on criteria and preferences
- Reactivate stale or older buyer leads through
- Maintain consistent, professional communication via
- Track engagement and update lead status accurately
Lead Generation & Outreach (Seller Side)
- Assist with outbound lead generation to owners
- Use tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn,
- Draft, personalize, and send cold/warm
- Organize and maintain outreach lists inside CRM and spreadsheets
CRM & Internal Operations
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM data
- Work with internal lists in Google Sheets & Notion

Requirements (Must-Have)
- Excellent written English (clear, professional, persuasive)
- Fast response time and strong communication skills
- Logical thinker who can manage lead flows and follow-ups
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working with CRMs and spreadsheets
- Able to work independently and proactively
- Can work US EST daytime 9-6pm general avalibility
- Must be able to hop on calls throughout the day if needed
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with AI tools & automations
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, etc.)
- Video editing experience
- Cold calling or phone outreach experience
What Success Looks Like
- Buyers consistently receive relevant listings
- Older leads are reactivated and engaged
- CRM data is clean, accurate, and up-to-date
- Outbound efforts generate meaningful conversations with potential sellers
- Internal systems run smoothly with minimal oversight
