Acre Expert LLC, a leading real estate company in Florida, is expanding its team and looking for a driven Disposition Agent! This full-time role is ideal for someone who will play a crucial role in prospecting and selling properties, helping us close deals efficiently. Position: Full-time

What You'll Do:

- Qualify potential buyers through phone calls and SMS using a set of questions to assess their interest in purchasing properties, and present the available listings we have for sale.
- Build strong relationships with buyers by asking and answering questions.
- Provide accurate and compelling property details, including price, features, and benefits.
- Maintain organized records of communications and transactions.
- Collaborate closely with our Acquisition and Sales teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Hours of Operation:

Full-time: Monday to Friday (Weekends optional)
- First Shift: 9 AM - 1 PM
- Second Shift: 2 PM - 6 PM (Eastern Time)
(1 PM - 2 PM is an unpaid break)
Overtime and weekend shifts are optional and will be compensated based on mutual agreement.

What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent English communication skills (native-level proficiency) for talking to prospective buyers over phone and SMS.
- Strong ability to build relationships and close deals with potential buyers.
- At least 1yr experience in Cold Calling outreach and real estate is a plus!
- A strong internet connection and quiet work environment.
- Access to a computer, headphones, and noise-canceling microphone.


What We Offer:
- Remote work flexibility.
- Hubstaff for tracking work hours and clock-in/out activities.
- Bi-weekly payments via Wise:
- Payment cycles: 1st-15th and 16th-30th, disbursed the following Monday.
- Compensation: $4 per hour plus a bonus of up to $50 for each successfully closed and funded transaction.
- Potential for growth and promotion based on performance!
