Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Creative Video Editor & Multimedia Virtual
Assistant to support a fast-paced video marketing business. This role requires an independent,
confident professional who can manage video editing, graphic design, content revisions, and
creative project execution with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, thrives under tight deadlines, welcomes
feedback professionally, and can provide thoughtful creative recommendations that contribute
to project success.

Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Post-Production
• Edit short-form and long-form video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and
client projects
• Create engaging video sequences, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects
• Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and final video optimization
• Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Implement revisions and updates efficiently based on client feedback
Graphic Design & Creative Asset Development
• Design marketing materials, social media graphics, thumbnails, and branded content
• Create visual assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Assist with animation and motion graphic projects as needed
• Maintain consistency across all visual deliverables
Project Coordination & Creative Support
• Collaborate with the business owner on creative strategy and project execution
• Manage project files, assets, and version control
• Track deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all creative projects
• Communicate project updates proactively and identify potential bottlenecks
• Research creative trends, tools, and best practices
Quality Assurance
• Review all deliverables for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency
• Ensure content meets client expectations and project requirements
• Proactively suggest improvements to enhance content performance and production
efficiency

Required Qualifications
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop,
Illustrator, and related applications)
• Strong experience with Final Cut Pro
• Proven experience in professional video editing and multimedia production
• Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting marketing agencies, content creators, or video production
companies
• Motion graphics and animation experience
• Knowledge of social media content optimization and platform best practices
• Experience working remotely with international teams
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
