Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time
Hours: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM CST, with flexibility. We simply ask that your schedule overlaps at least half of this timeframe.

The Role
We’re looking for an AI Written Content Creator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating compelling, accurate, and polished web content. You’ll use ChatGPT and other AI tools to generate, refine, and edit full website copy for our dental clients.
The ideal candidate is a natural editor, quick learner, and creative thinker — someone who loves improving processes, developing smart prompts, and pushing the limits of what AI-assisted writing can do.
This role is perfect for someone who’s both detail-oriented and innovative, capable of combining speed with quality to consistently deliver content that meets our internal standards and delights our clients.

Responsibilities
-Create complete website content (home pages, service pages, bios, offers, etc.) using ChatGPT and other AI tools.
-Develop and refine AI prompts to produce better, faster, and more creative results.
-Review and QC AI-generated content for accuracy, clarity, tone, and SEO alignment.
-Adapt writing style to match each client’s brand voice, audience, and local market.
-Ensure content meets internal quality guidelines (grammar, structure, formatting, readability, and compliance).
-Collaborate with project managers and content project manager to align content with each site’s goals and strategy.
-Stay current with AI tools, trends, and best practices in marketing, SEO, and digital content.
-Continuously improve workflows for efficiency and scalability.

Requirements
-Exceptional English writing and editing skills — clear, concise, and engaging.
-Proven ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple projects at once.
-High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
-Comfort using ChatGPT or other AI writing tools (or eagerness to learn).
-A passion for innovation and problem-solving through AI.
-Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to impress through quality work.
-Open to feedback and dedicated to continuous learning and growth.
-Must use Zoom and have the equipment required to connect to video calls.
-(Preferred) Experience writing for dental, medical, or healthcare marketing.
