Healthcare Recruiter

We are an in-home ABA therapy company looking for a proactive, organized recruiter to help us hire RBTs and behavior technicians. Your role will include sourcing candidates, posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding. Must be comfortable with fast-paced communication (email, text, and calls), highly organized, and able to work U.S. hours. Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
