JOB OVERVIEW

The Executive Calendar & Inbox Management Assistant will support three members of the tax team by managing their calendars, organizing their email activity, and ensuring the accuracy of their daily timesheets.

Main Duties:
• Coordinate and schedule meetings.
• Manage three active calendars.
• Go through sent emails in Outlook each day, sort them, and add the information to the daily timesheets.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:
• Background in administrative support or virtual assistant work.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized across multiple tasks.
• Confident working in Outlook and familiar with basic timekeeping or billing tools.
• Has experience working with US clients.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Can work during Pacific Standard Time (PST).
• Can start immediately.

Job Details:
Set-up: Work From Home
Rate: $5–$6/hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Follow PST schedule
