Customer Service Agent (Pool Service Industry)

We are looking for a phone support Customer Service Representative to join our company! This position is a phone support customer service role for a pool service company. This is a fully remote position working EST hours.

Responsibilities
- Phone Support: Take inbound calls asking for help regarding installations, troubleshooting, product questions, etc.
- Helpdesk Ticketing: Respond to incoming tickets via email regarding service requests, payments/invoices, dispatching, and troubleshooting via Hubspot
- Finish daily HubSpot tasks (Sending emails, creating quotes, other outbound calls, etc.)
- SOP Development: You will be partially responsible to help develop and maintain effective SOPs for the client.


Requirements
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
- Customer-Centric: Demonstrated commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Zendesk, comfortable navigating various digital platforms, and troubleshoot/resolve CS tickets.
- Phone Etiquette: Comfortable conducting business over the phone with a charismatic and personable demeanor.
- Technical Access: Able to have reliable access to internet and phones.
- Coachability: Open to feedback and continuous improvement to enhance performance.
- Able to work Eastern Standard Time

Recommended
- Experience or background with the pool industry/chemicals or the automotive industry.
- Efficacy working in remote, virtual environments.
- Able to work Eastern Standard Time

This account is semi-seasonal, with the busy season being during the summer. Volume and hours may be affected outside of these seasons.
