GHL Email Marketing EXPERT **PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**

We need a ROCKSTAR email marketer who knows how to PROPERLY use GHL - no guessing.

What you’ll handle:

Sending weekly emails for a client based on their IG content

Cleaning of client email lists

Creating email campaigns in GHL (broadcasts, newsletters, promos, nurture sequences)

Setting up automations, triggers, and tagging correctly

Managing segmented lists and keeping the CRM clean

Creating Email sequences within workflows - must have strong automation experience and know how to test.

Creating simple but polished email designs/layouts

Editing and formatting copy so emails flow well

A/B testing and basic optimization

Pulling analytics and reporting results clearly

Building and updating email templates

Maintaining consistent branding across all sends

Helping brainstorm improvements to increase open rates, conversions, and retention

Requirements

Strong experience with Go High Level (must)

Solid understanding of email marketing principles

Good writing and editing skills

Comfortable working independently + meeting deadlines

Organized, proactive, and able to catch mistakes before they go out

Strong English and attention to detail

Stable internet, consistent availability, and good communication

Bonus points if you

Have experience working with health, wellness, or coaching businesses

Know basic design (Canva or similar)

Have worked in an agency or fast-moving environment

Have managed analytics or client-facing reports

About the role

Part-time 3-5 hours a week

Flexible hours

You’ll be working directly with me inside my GHL agency, supporting email marketing for multiple clients
