Product listing on Amazon, Shopify, and EBay

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Filipino Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 20-25 hours per week, flexible schedule). You will primarily help with creating and optimizing product listings across Amazon, Shopify, and eBay to support our growing online business.

This is a remote position, perfect for someone with experience in e-commerce who enjoys organized, repetitive tasks and wants steady part-time work.

Key Responsibilities
• Create new product listings on Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and eBay, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, pricing, and variations.
• Upload and edit high-quality product images (basic photo editing if needed).
• Conduct keyword research and optimize listings for SEO to improve visibility and sales.
• Update existing listings with new information, stock levels, or improvements.
• Ensure all listings comply with platform guidelines (e.g., Amazon policies, eBay rules).
• Basic product research to identify details like competitors or trending keywords.
• Monitor and report on listing performance when needed.
• Other light admin tasks related to product management (e.g., organizing spreadsheets).
Requirements
• Proven experience with product listings on Amazon, Shopify, and/or eBay (please share examples or previous work in your application).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written English for creating compelling, error-free descriptions.
• Familiarity with tools like Amazon Seller Central, Shopify admin, eBay Seller Hub, and basic keyword tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout is a plus but not required).
• Reliable internet connection, your own computer, and a quiet workspace.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently.
• Available for overlapping hours with US time zones (flexible, but some overlap preferred for communication).
• Experience as a Virtual Assistant is a bonus.
