The Photography Business Institute is seeking a Conversion-Focused Funnel Designer (Philippines-based, working US Central time zone hours) with at least 3 years of funnel design experience to build, optimize, and maintain modern, high-converting funnel assets.

Skills / Requirements
(Expected proficiencies to excel in this role)
This position is for a person who is:
Highly proficient in Go High Level funnel design


Experienced in designing opt-in pages, sales pages, and checkout pages


Obsessed with mobile-first design and responsive layouts


Experienced with funnel strategy, layout, and conversion optimization


Able to take direction from a Creative Director and implement feedback quickly


Fluent in design principles: hierarchy, spacing, readability, color, and flow


Skilled at working within established brand guidelines to keep everything cohesive


Excellent at managing creative assets in Google Drive


Strong in English communication (written and spoken)


Comfortable following multi-step processes


Able to document funnel builds, naming conventions, and processes clearly


Proactive and takes initiative


Calm and focused under pressure


A strong problem-solver with a “can-do” mindset


Able to juggle multiple funnel versions or split tests at once


A team player who works well with a mostly female creative team


Available to work US Central time zone business hours


Additional requirements:


Reliable computer, internet connection, and distraction-free workspace


Mastery of conversational English


Funnel design portfolio required

Responsibilities
(Tasks associated with the role)
Design high-converting opt-in pages, sales pages, and checkout flows in Go High Level


Integrate mobile-first design principles across all funnel assets


Create funnels that match established brand guidelines and visual standards


Work closely with the Creative Director to revise layouts, copy, and visuals


Build split tests and track performance insights


Set up funnel automations and triggers inside Go High Level


Ensure user flows are friction-free and visually compelling


Troubleshoot funnel issues and implement updates quickly


Support marketing campaigns with conversion-focused landing pages


Optimize funnel load speed, usability, and mobile experience


Audit funnels regularly for broken links, outdated content, or design inconsistencies


Maintain funnels for events, challenges, webinars and promotions


Collaborate with cross-functional teams for launches and campaigns


Organize and manage creative assets in Google Drive


Proofread and finalize funnel copy and layouts before publishing


Maintain funnel tracking and reporting sheets for conversions and performance


Monitor and improve key metrics (CTR, opt-in rate, sales conversion, etc.)

Redesign key funnel pages to improve conversions using mobile-first principles


Build and optimize opt-in pages for upcoming campaigns


Set up split-testing frameworks and funnel reporting systems



Offer Details
This is a full-time, remote position for a designer based in the Philippines, working US hours.
Pay Range: $4.00 – $8.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Eligible for company bonuses.
