We are a small, peaceful, UK-based creative brand looking for a long-term Virtual Assistant to support us with:

organising product photos

preparing images for AI jewellery modelling

maintaining Google Drive structure

Pinterest research + brand mood boards

helping create product listings (Shopify & Etsy)

using AI tools to create lifestyle product photos

naming products & writing descriptions

supporting overall digital organisation

???? Daily & Weekly Responsibilities
Daily Tasks

Sort product photos into correct folders

Select BEST 10–20 photos per product

Delete duplicates or low-quality images

Clean photos using Photoroom or similar tools

Prepare images for AI jewellery modelling

Save everything correctly in Google Drive

Assist with product names and descriptions

Communicate daily progress updates

Weekly Tasks

Generate AI lifestyle + studio model photos using ZMO.AI

Maintain brand Pinterest inspiration board

Train and refine AI style presets (we will guide you)

Help create Shopify & Etsy product listings

Add titles, descriptions, SEO tags, and images

Ensure product listings follow brand style

Keep Drive folders tidy and consistent

Submit a weekly summary every Friday
