Lead manager Outbound Calls Neutral Accent Long Term Role

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring a long term Virtual Assistant with real outbound calling experience and a naturally neutral English accent. This role is focused on outbound follow ups warm lead calls appointment setting and CRM updates.

This is not a short term gig. We are building a long term team and will invest directly in your training.

IMPORTANT
You will be on live video and voice calls every day directly with the owner for training and call monitoring. No AI dubbing voice masking or accent altering software is allowed at any time. You must be comfortable speaking clearly live on camera and on the phone.

If you are not comfortable with outbound calls speaking confidently or being on live video do not apply.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO
You will work directly inside our CRM each day to go through new and existing leads make outbound calls follow our call framework ask basic qualifying questions set follow ups or appointments and update lead status and notes after every call.

We are mainly responding to people who have already filled out a form saying they are interested so this is not random cold calling.

Most of your early time will be spent on live training role play and real time feedback so you can improve fast.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Outbound calls to warm leads and follow ups
Basic appointment setting and follow ups
CRM updates and note taking
Following call frameworks and improving through live coaching
Professional communication with prospects

REQUIREMENTS
Naturally neutral or near neutral English accent
Prior outbound calling experience real phones not just chat
Comfortable on daily video calls and voice calls
Must have a working webcam
Must have a headset with a dedicated microphone no speakerphone
Must have stable high speed internet
Must have a quiet professional environment suitable for live calling
Coachable and open to feedback
Long term availability

SCHEDULE AND PAY
600 Per Month
Plus 300 dollars per deal closed
Part time to start with opportunity to scale to more hours
US business hours preferred

A deal is considered closed and bonus eligible only when the transaction has fully funded and ownership has legally transferred as confirmed by the title company or closing attorney.
If multiple tea ---------- mbers are involved with the same lead bonus eligibility and any split of the bonus will be determined solely at the company’s discretion.
