Warm Caller Needed • Work From Home • Full-Time • $6–$10/hr

We are hiring a Full-Time Warm Caller to join our foreclosure-outreach team. This is not a sales job. You are not closing deals or negotiating with banks. Your job is to speak with homeowners who have already been identified by our Cold Calling team and move them forward in our process.

You will call warm leads such as:
- Right Persons who did not complete a handoff
- Associated Persons
- No-Contacts who picked up but did not talk
- Unknown Persons
- Listed properties
- Older leads that still need follow-up


Your mission is simple: have real conversations, identify the correct person, understand their situation briefly, and set an appointment for our Support Team.

Position Details:
Role: Full-Time Warm Caller (Outbound)
Rate: $6–$10 per hour (depending on experience and English clarity)
Hours: 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday
Shift Window: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM U.S. Central Time
Type: Work From Home
Growth: Promotion opportunities into senior calling roles or team lead
Start: ASAP

Responsibilities:
- Call homeowners from our warm list
- Re-engage leads (No Handoffs, No Contacts, Unknowns, Listeds, etc.)
- Follow our warm-call script while sounding natural
- Identify whether they are the Right Person or Associated Person
- Set appointments with our Support Team
- Keep CRM notes clean and accurate
- Update dispositions and tags correctly
- No selling, no negotiating, no promises

Requirements:
- Very clear English
-Strong conversational and listening skills
- Comfortable talking on the phone for long periods
- Experience in warm calling, cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound customer service
- Ability to follow scripts and processes
- Stable internet connection
- Reliable computer
- Noise-cancelling or USB headset
