JOB OVERVIEW

We are Revive Connects, a collaborative agency that partners closely with Perpetual Systems on shared client projects. We are looking for a Creative Designer & Marketing VA who loves design, organization, and helping a team bring ideas to life.

This role is for someone creative, proactive, and resourceful — someone who loves making modern designs, supporting marketing tasks, and working closely with a Creative Director, Project Manager, and Development Team. We value people who think ahead, share ideas, and enjoy improving how things are done.

If you enjoy learning new tools, supporting multiple projects, and being part of a friendly, fast-moving team, you’ll fit right in.

Your Responsibilities:
– Create polished, modern graphics using Canva, Figma, or Photoshop
– Design social media posts, ads, carousels, and simple marketing assets
– Help plan, schedule, and manage content across social platforms
– Support landing page layouts inside GoHighLevel or drag-and-drop page builders
– Upload blogs, images, and basic website content when needed
– Assist with simple CRM tasks such as updating tags, forms, or lists (training provided)
– Upload and maintain product listings for platforms like Etsy or Shopify
– Keep tasks and timelines updated in Hive and communicate with the team
– Provide weekly summaries and suggestions — not just status updates

– Enjoy learning new tools and improving processes
– Can work independently but also collaborate well with a team
– Are dependable, proactive, and comfortable sharing your thoughts
– Have strong written English and good communication skills

Required Experience:
– Strong Canva skills (Figma and Photoshop also used regularly)
– Experience creating modern, clean social media designs
– Social media management experience (Pinterest, TikTok, IG, FB, LinkedIn)
– Basic landing page or layout experience with GoHighLevel, Wix, or WordPress
– Familiarity with e-commerce listings (Etsy, Shopify, or similar)
– Good organizational and project management habits

Nice to Have:
– Simple video editing (CapCut or Canva)
– SEO knowledge for Pinterest or blogs
– Basic copywriting for captions and simple marketing text
– Familiarity with AI tools or automation (not required but helpful)

Work Setup:
– Remote work (Philippines only)
– 15 to 20 hours per week
– Long-term position with opportunity to grow
– Competitive rate (around $5 to $7 per hour depending on experience)
