Paid Search Specialist (PPC):

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Paid Search Specialist (PPC) to help us accelerate growth and optimize ad spend across PPC channels. If you thrive in a data-driven environment and are passionate about driving performance, we’d love to hear from you!

WHAT YOU WILL DO!

Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities for Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo, and other search platforms.
Maintain and monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics.
Create and manage large keyword lists and display network placement lists on Google Ads and other contextual advertising platforms.
Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and display networks aligned with company goals.
Oversee and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts while contributing to paid search marketing initiatives.
Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and tools to identify key areas of importance in line with company goals.
Manage and optimize social media ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google My Business, and Pinterest.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content and performance across these platforms.
Communicate progress, timelines, and results to the team and management.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: TBD at offer
Schedule: 5 days a week, with flexibility and preference for weekend availability.

MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of PPC and Paid Media experience managing large campaigns on Google, Bing, YouTube, and the Google Display Network.
Deep knowledge of the Google stack, including Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimize, and Data Studio.
Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in data analysis and Excel.
Ability to draw actionable insights from data and adapt strategies to changing market dynamics.
Google Ads platform certification.
Experience managing monthly search budgets.
Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Google Ads 360 and DV360 marketing platforms is a plus.
