We are a growing service-based business looking for a highly organized and systems-oriented Operations Manager who thrives on structure, problem-solving, and making things run smoothly.

About the Role
This role sits at the heart of daily operations — ensuring clients are cared for, tasks get executed, information is organized, and our workflows evolve as the business grows.
We are in build-and-refine mode, so you’ll inherit working foundations and help elevate them into polished, scalable processes. You won’t be micromanaged — we want someone who takes ownership, identifies what needs doing, and moves it forward confidently.
What You’ll Manage
- Administrative and operational support
- Scheduling, calendar management, inbox management, and follow-ups
- Client communication and relationship management
- Cleaner coordination and occasional hiring/onboarding support
- Social media posting & basic content scheduling
- Database upkeep, reporting, and polishing internal documents/SOPs
- Assist in implementing simple automations and improvements (training available)
You don’t need to be a programmer — just comfortable learning tools like Zapier,

• Is resourceful — “I’ll figure it out” is your default setting
• Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and teams
• Can juggle priorities without constant guidance
• Has experience in operations, project coordination, office management, or virtual assistance
• Is familiar with (or eager to learn) automation tools and cloud platforms
