-Dispatch emails concerning potential order risks and customer addresses.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve any order-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
- Process refunds and handle order cancellations as per company policy.

Requirements:
- Work from home setup with a stable internet connection and a reliable, well-functioning laptop.
- Prior experience in order fulfillment, particularly from Amazon, within an e-commerce setting.
- Proficiency in using various e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently.
