Senior Figma UI/UX designer

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven individual to take on a senior remote role, serving as the lead UI/UX Designer and Project Manager for our diverse client projects.

This role demands mastery of design skills in Figma and exceptional organizational capabilities to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery across all client assignments, from e-commerce to websites and email designs.

Pay from 800 EUR / month (depending on your experience) + SEASONAL BONUSES, performance-based. Bonuses can outperform the pay for exceptional performance.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
The following criteria are mandatory for consideration. Candidates must meet all of these minimum standards:

- Experience
Minimum of 8 years in a professional capacity as a UI/UX Designer or UI/UX Project Manager.
- Figma
Deep, practical knowledge of advanced Figma features, including: maintaining design consistency, expert use of Auto Layout, creating and managing Components and Variants, and building comprehensive Component Libraries/Design Systems.
- Organizational Skills
Documented ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently, manage and prioritize tasks effectively (we currently use Asana for task management), and maintain clear structure and asset management (e.g., file naming, layer organization).
- Attention to Detail
A meticulous focus on design execution, ensuring pixel-perfect alignment, proper spacing, correct typography, and flawless implementation of design system rules.
- Communication Skills
Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate complex design decisions, provide precise direction to developers, and manage expectations with internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Design System Stewardship: Lead the creation, maintenance, and governance of scalable, reusable component libraries within Figma for various client brands.
- Project Oversight: Manage the UI/UX pipeline for assigned projects, ensuring designs are delivered on time, within scope, and adhere to quality standards.
- Hands-on Design: Execute high-fidelity designs (websites, e-commerce, emails) that integrate CRO principles, behavioral psychology, and analytical insights.
- Quality Assurance: Review and approve developer implementation, ensuring 1:1 fidelity to approved design mockups.

We will prioritize you if you also have:

- CRO Experience: Proven ability to design interfaces that focus on optimizing user flows and increasing conversion rates.
- E-commerce Design Experience: Direct experience designing successful e-commerce platforms.
- Email Marketing Design: Experience creating effective, responsive, and branded email templates.
- Behavioral Psychology: Ability to apply principles of human behavior to design decisions.
- Analytics Understanding: Proficiency in interpreting user data (e.g., heatmaps, funnels) to inform and validate design choices.
