Virtual Assistant — Vinyl Sourcing, Deal Evaluation & Negotiation

Experienced Virtual Assistant (remote) who can source vinyl collections, evaluate value, and negotiate with sellers across UK / NL / BE / DE marketplaces.

Part-time / Contract (5–10 hours per week)

You will research and source high-quality vinyl record collections across online marketplaces (Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, Marktplaats, eBay UK/NL/BE, 2dehands.be, eBay Kleinanzeigen and similar). Focus regions: within a reasonable drive of Manchester (UK) or within ~3 hours drive of Amsterdam (NL), plus nearby Belgium and western Germany.

Responsibilities:

Regularly monitor target marketplaces for collections containing jazz, 60s psychedelia, trip-hop, 90s house, lounge/downtempo, garage, and IDM.

Evaluate listings for condition (NM / VG+ / VG), price vs quantity, rarity, and overall value; label each lead (Excellent / Good / Fair / Avoid) and explain reasoning.

Contact sellers using templates and negotiate polite counter-offers when appropriate; request photos and confirm condition/number of records.

Track all leads in Google Sheets (link, screenshots, price, seller location, estimated driving time, negotiation notes, status).

Provide weekly summaries and highlight the best deals and negotiation outcomes.

You’ll be provided training materials, templates, and grading criteria. Strong written English, confident negotiation skills, and good judgment required.
