We’re hiring a Lead Generation & Email Outreach Assistant to support a growing UK recruitment business. You’ll be responsible for sending outbound emails, researching company contacts, organising data and building targeted market lists that help secure new clients.

This is an ideal role for someone who is process-driven, reliable and able to work independently. You’ll receive structured training, daily direction and the chance to grow as the company scales.

Required Skills:

Excellent written English
Laptop + stable internet connection
Comfortable working UK-aligned hours (12:30pm–9:15pm PH time)
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Ability to work through repetitive tasks without losing accuracy
Good organisational skills for maintaining spreadsheets and lead notes

Nice to Have:

Experience sending emails or using outreach tools
Lead generation or admin background
Experience with ---------- or similar scraping extensions
