Community & Growth Marketing Assistant (Discord, Reddit & Facebook)

We’re looking for a Community & Growth Marketing Assistant who can help us grow and engage the Track n List reseller community. Your job is to keep our ---------- active, build our Reddit presence, join Facebook reseller groups, and funnel new members into our ecosystem.

This role is perfect for someone who understands community-building, reselling culture, and how to create conversations that feel natural and valuable.

Your Responsibilities

---------- (Daily)
• Post tips, tricks, polls, and conversation starters
• Create simple educational content for resellers
• Keep discussions active and supportive
• Highlight user wins, success stories, and updates
• Answer support tickets when needed

Reddit (3–5x weekly)
• Create helpful posts in reselling subreddits
• Reply to threads to provide value and build authority
• Manage and grow our own subreddit (post updates, guides, discussions)
• Funnel interested users into our ---------- in a natural, non-spammy way


Facebook (Weekly)
• Join reseller communities
• Engage in discussions, offer advice, share helpful resources
• Help funnel warm leads into ---------- when appropriate

What We’re Looking For
• Experience with ---------- community engagement
• Comfortable posting on Reddit and participating in discussions
• Good written English
• Understands reselling culture or willing to learn fast
• Creative and proactive — you don’t wait for tasks, you find opportunities
• Can stay active daily and keep the community alive
