Data Analyst

The data analyst at Zencity is the data-driven ambassador for the entire organization. As a data analyst, your core responsibilities will be:
Understanding data at the source platforms, and defining ingestion tasks to data engineers to ensure correct data syncs.
Testing and validating data to ensure data integrity and quality across systems.
Developing data pipelines, working on complex queries in SQL.
Establishing KPIs to ensure the expected impact and targets are met.
Visualizing data through dashboards, reports, and decks for internal teams to enable easy analysis and self-serve research
Exploring and analyzing large data sets and extract valuable insights to support retention, sales and business relations.


Requirements:
2 years as a Business/Data Analyst, or similar roles.
Deep understanding of business metrics and a strong overall business sense
Team player with excellent communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details.
Strong SQL experience - required
Strong Quicksight experience - required
Strong Excel skills - required
Experience with Databricks - Advantage
Experience with Salesforce / Planhat / Hubspot - Advantage
Fluent English
