Creative Designer (Urban, Streetwear)

We’re looking for a Creative Designer who thrives in streetwear, hip-hop, and counterculture aesthetics. This isn’t a typical design role you’ll create visuals that feel authentic, raw, and deeply tied to community culture.



What You’ll Do

Design campaigns, digital content, packaging, and promos with a culture-first approach.
Push bold concepts using typography, textures, and urban influences.
Work in Adobe Creative Suite (and AI tools when helpful) to produce and refine assets.
Translate feedback into polished designs that balance creativity with compliance.
Collaborate with internal and client teams to keep work culturally authentic and consistent.
QC design outputs and support production projects when needed.


What We’re Looking For

2-5 years as a Creative/Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
Strong grasp of streetwear, hip-hop, and culture-driven aesthetics.
Sharp eye for typography, composition, and storytelling.
Reliable, proactive, and able to adapt in fast-paced environments.
Growth mindsets open to evolving into a team leader.
Bonus: motion graphics, 3D skills or AI design prompting/workflows.
