Full-stack engineers/ Web Developer

We are looking for full-stack engineers who are comfortable building web and mobile apps, frontend and backend. Should have a strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, experience in React and Python. Strong communication skills are required, daily reports will be expected. Should have a strong sense of taste and judgment to be able to make their own design choices when high-level directions are given. If you use AI frequently to do your work that is a strong plus but you should also be able debug on your own and be aware enough of what the AI is doing to make sure it doesn't go off the rails.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Computer science degree or equivalent experience(Skills are more important)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with Javascript / Typescript / React
- Experience with AI Tools for coding (Lovable.dev, v0.dev, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini 3, etc.)


Availability:

- Hours are very flexible, but just expect strong communication and perhaps some occasional overlap in timezone (8am - 10am ET). Looking for 20 hours of solid work a week, with potential for full-time work and significant pay increase depending on performance.
