Brand Partnerships & Onboarding Manager (E-Commerce / TikTok Shop) – Full Time

We are Viral Commerce UK, a fast-growing multi-brand TikTok Shop operator working across categories like Beauty, Home, Pets, Baby, Wellness and more.
We partner with UK brands, launch their products on TikTok Shop, and work with creators to scale sales at speed.
We are hiring a confident, organised and proactive Brand Partnerships & Onboarding Manager who can:
FIND brands
OPEN conversations
COLLECT product data
ORGANISE onboarding files
DRIVE brands from “interested” ? “live on our shop”
This is NOT a VA job.
This is a commercial + operations role requiring excellent English, initiative, and e-commerce intelligence.
? Responsibilities
Brand Acquisition
Research and identify potential UK/EU brands across relevant categories.
Send professional outreach messages to brand owners.
Follow up confidently and consistently.
Explain our TikTok Shop partnership model clearly.
Gather initial product info, pricing, catalogue data.
Book calls for the Founder (Ben) and prepare brand summaries.
Brand Onboarding
Collect all required onboarding information:
SKUs
Variations
Images
Descriptions
Compliance docs
Wholesale pricing
Organise and format product data into clean spreadsheets.
Coordinate with our Creative Director (Dmitri) for listing visuals.
Work with our Operations VA to ensure listings are set up correctly.
Educate brands on fulfilment expectations and TikTok rules.
Manage the onboarding pipeline from start to finish.
Brand Relationship Management
Act as the day-to-day contact for new brands.
Answer questions professionally and promptly.
Chase missing documents and product data.
Ensure every brand moves through onboarding smoothly.
Maintain organised folders and records for each brand.
? Requirements (ESSENTIAL)
? Excellent written and spoken English
You will communicate with UK brands every day.
? E-commerce experience
Amazon, Shopify, Shopee/Lazada, wholesale, product onboarding, supplier coordination — any of these are great.
? Confident communicator
Not shy, not passive — able to speak professionally to brand owners.
? Highly organised & detail-oriented
Product data accuracy is critical.
? Able to manage multiple brands at once
This is a fast-moving environment.
? Proactive & takes initiative
We want a doer, not someone who waits for instructions.
? Available to work UK hours (or partial overlap)
? Stable internet + reliable workstation

Nice to Have (but not required)
TikTok Shop experience
Sales or outreach experience
Account management background
Marketplace onboarding (Amazon/Shopee/Lazada)
Experience briefing designers
