About the Role
Maison Sereine is a modern, minimalist home-decor brand seeking a highly skilled Creative Specialist to produce high-quality, conversion-focused creatives for Meta Ads, TikTok, and brand content. This role requires someone who can deliver multiple creative variations every week, understands performance-driven design, and can work independently while following our brand aesthetic.

We are looking for a professional who brings expertise, initiative, and creativity. You will receive clear guidelines and direction, but you are expected to apply your skills to develop strong concepts, hooks, and variations without needing step-by-step instruction.

Your Responsibilities

• Produce 10–20 creative variations per week (video + static)
• Edit short-form videos in UGC style (9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 formats)
• Create multiple hook variations, angles, captions, and visual layouts
• Generate original concepts that align with performance marketing best practices
• Develop ad creatives that follow Meta’s Andromeda-era principles (high volume testing, variation, fast iteration)
• Organize files, name assets clearly, and deliver ready-to-upload creatives
• Create assets suitable for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and brand organic posts
• Apply feedback quickly and demonstrate continuous improvement

What You Must Bring

• Proven experience creating high-performing Meta or TikTok ad creatives
• Strong understanding of hooks, scroll-stoppers, and storytelling structures
• Ability to create multiple variations quickly without sacrificing quality
• Strong video editing and motion design skills
• Ability to adapt to a luxury, minimalist, modern brand aesthetic
• Proactive communication and professional work ethic
• Ability to work independently and propose creative ideas
• Excellent English communication

Experience with home-decor, lifestyle, beauty, or luxury brands is a plus.

Deliverables

• Properly formatted files (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) with clear naming conventions
