TikTok Shop Operations VA (Full-Time) – Excellent English Required

We are Viral Commerce UK, a fast-growing multi-brand TikTok Shop operator managing several category stores (Beauty, Baby, Pets, Home, Wellness, Clean, and more).
We are looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to join our Operations Team.
You MUST have the following to apply:
? Excellent written & spoken English
? Direct experience using TikTok Shop Seller Centre
? Experience updating product listings, SKUs, variations & commissions
? Experience monitoring orders and coordinating supplier fulfilment
? Strong attention to detail
? Ability to work UK hours (Monday–Saturday)

Responsibilities
Daily order & fulfilment checks
Chasing suppliers for tracking updates
Uploading tracking info and managing exceptions
Creating and updating TikTok Shop product listings
Approving creators & answering simple creator messages
Handling sample requests
Updating product descriptions, titles, pricing & commissions
Organising brand documentation and onboarding files
Preparing weekly & monthly reports
Supporting our Creative Director with listing visuals
Supporting our Finance Manager with data exports
This role is critical to the smooth running of our TikTok Shops.
Requirements
Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
TikTok Shop Seller Centre experience (non-negotiable)
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Fast learner with strong systems ability
Stable internet connection & reliable device
Available to work UK hours (Mon–Sat)
Tools You May Use (Training Provided)
TikTok Seller Centre, OrderDesk, Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, WhatsApp, Canva.
