Dubai Airbnb & STR Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Communicate to Guests via Calls, WhatsApp, Airbnb, ---------- and other OTAs.

- Register Guests with Building Management and DTCM.

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.

- Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working for Airbnb OR Holiday Homes Companies in Dubai.

- Proven track record of successfully managing holiday homes or similar properties.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Very Good English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of local regulations and market trends in Dubai's holiday homes sector.
