I am building a portfolio of local service Rank & Rent websites in the United States (roofing, plumbing, HVAC, mold, masonry, concrete, etc.). I already own 11 exact-match domains in high-value niches.

This includes:
• Monthly rent (Rank & Rent model)
• Pay-per-lead revenue
• Any future monetization from that site

Example Earnings:

If a site earns $800/month ? you receive $200/month
If you rank 4 sites: $800/month passive
If you rank 8 sites: $1,600/month passive

This grows your income indefinitely.

WordPress Development
• Build 5–7 page local service sites
• Use clean, fast themes (Astra, Kadence, Blocksy)
• Set up forms, tracking numbers, conversion elements
• Optimize site speed
• Ensure mobile responsiveness

Local SEO Execution
• Local keyword research
• On-page SEO (titles, H1s, silos, schema, alt text)
• Service area pages
• Build citations (USA directories)
• NAP consistency
• Local backlinks
• Optimize internal linking
• Publish location-focused content
• Weekly reporting

Optional (bonus):
• Google Business Profile optimization
• CallFlow / CallRail routing
• GoHighLevel experience

Must Have:

? WordPress development skills
