Senior Full-Stack Developer (Next JS/Supabase)

Job Title: Software Developer
Location: Remote | Philippines based ONLY
Salary Range: Php 180,000 per month
A MUST: Minimum of 5 years of solid experience

Leadly is expanding and we're looking for experienced Full-Stack Developers to join our team. You’ll work on building and improving internal platforms and client-facing digital products that support the growth of the business.

We move quickly, value clean and maintainable code, and work in an environment where autonomy, ownership, and clear communication matter.

Role Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack applications using React, Next.js, and Supabase (PostgreSQL).
- Implement clean, responsive front-end interfaces and reusable components.
- Design and optimise backend logic, database structures, and integrations.
- Read, interpret, and integrate third-party APIs.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving technical standards.
- Debug, test, and optimise performance across the entire stack.
- Work collaboratively with product and design to deliver high-quality features.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong commercial experience with React and Next.js.
- Proficiency in TypeScript.
- Experience working with Supabase or PostgreSQL.
- Ability to design and build scalable, maintainable full-stack applications.
- Experience reading and integrating API documentation.
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
- Experience with React Native is a plus, but not required.
