You will handle live chat for an online company that sells digital products and services. Your main goal is to answer questions, build trust with customers and turn conversations into sales and repeat purchases. This is a long term, full-time role, not a side gig.
Responsibilities
Handle all incoming chat messages as the brand
Start follow up conversations with past customers and leads
Understand customer needs and recommend the right products or offers
Keep conversations clear, friendly and professional
Reach daily and weekly goals for responses, conversions and revenue
Requirements
- Excellent written English and solid grammar
- Strong communication skills and comfortable in a sales focused role
- Creative with words, able to adjust tone to different customers
- Very organised, fast typing, stable internet and a laptop or PC
- Able to follow clear systems, scripts and checklists
- Takes initiative and does not need constant reminders
- Experience in chat support, sales or customer service is a plus
