We're a design and development agency that builds B2B marketing websites on Webflow. Our clients are typically growth-stage companies who need websites that look exceptional, perform flawlessly, and convert. We care deeply about craft.
The Role
We're looking for a QA Specialist to be the last line of defence before our websites go live. You'll review every project against designs, test across browsers and devices, and push the team to hit a higher standard.
This isn't just about catching bugs. It's about having the taste to know when something is technically correct but experientially wrong—and the communication skills to explain why.
What You'll Do
Review websites against Figma designs, flagging inconsistencies and deviations
Test across browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile)
Document issues clearly so developers can act on them immediately
Suggest improvements beyond the checklist—things that elevate the experience
Work in sync with the design and development team throughout project delivery
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
Exceptional attention to visual and interaction detail
Strong intuition for what makes B2B marketing websites feel premium
Ability to document issues clearly and specifically (not "the button looks off" but "CTA on /pricing has inconsistent border-radius on Safari mobile")
Problem-solving mindset—you attempt solutions, not just flag problems
macOS user (non-negotiable for the work we do)
Available during UK working hours
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with Webflow or familiarity with its quirks
Background in web design, UX, or front-end development
Experience QA'ing marketing websites specifically
How to Apply
Send us:
A B2B marketing website you think is exceptionally well-crafted. Tell us specifically what makes it great—not "it looks clean" but the details that elevate it.
A website from a well-known brand that has UX or visual issues. What would you change and why?
A brief note on why this role interests you.
