Part-Time Content & Operations VA (SEO-Friendly)

I’m looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with tasks related to my travel website and light SEO/content operations.

You do NOT need to be an SEO expert.
You just need to follow instructions accurately & communicate clearly.

Your work will include:

Formatting & uploading blog posts into WordPress

Adding headings, spacing, images & alt text correctly

Adding internal links using a checklist

Organising Google Drive folders & content assets

Logging travel cost data into Google Sheets

Light research tasks (SERPs, competitor outlines, questions people ask)

Creating simple graphics in Canva using templates


Requirements:

Strong written English

Detail-oriented and careful

Able to follow SOPs (I will provide Loom videos & instructions)

Reliable communication

Experience with WordPress preferred

Stable internet connection


Hours:

5 hours per week to start.
If you’re consistent, hours will increase in 2026.
