About Us

Mould Stop is a UK-based mould remediation and handyman services company. We need a logo designed and professional document templates created for our business operations.

The Project

Part 1: Logo Design

We need a professional logo for Mould Stop. The logo should:
- Work well at different sizes (website, documents, van signage)
- Be clean and professional
- Suit a property services / remediation business
- Include variations (full logo, icon only, light/dark backgrounds)

Part 2: Document Templates

Using the logo and brand style, we need two document templates designed for use with Carbone (a document generation tool that merges data into templates).

Templates Required:

1. Survey Report Template (approx 4-6 pages)
- Cover page with company branding
- Property details section
- Room-by-room findings (temperature, humidity, mould levels)
- Observations section (property condition notes)
- Tenant interview summary
- Recommendations and quote items
- Photos section
- Terms and conditions / next steps

2. Invoice Template (1 page)
- Company header with logo and contact details
- Customer billing information
- Invoice number, date, due date
- Line items table (description, quantity, unit price, total)
- Subtotal, adjustments, deposit paid, amount due
- Payment details and terms
- Professional footer

Deliverables

Logo:
- Final logo in vector format (AI, EPS, SVG)
- PNG versions (transparent background, various sizes)
- Variations for different uses (full, icon, reversed for dark backgrounds)
- Simple brand guidelines (colours, fonts, spacing)

Templates:
- Templates in Word (.docx) format – required for our document generation system
- Source files (InDesign/Illustrator if used)

Required Skills

- Strong logo design and branding ability
- Experience designing business documents (reports, invoices, proposals)
- Ability to deliver final templates in Word (.docx) format
- Clean, professional design style
- Good communication in English

Bonus

- Experience with Carbone, DocuPilot, or similar document generation tools
- Understanding of how data merge templates work
