???? Job Description: Appointment Setter (Philippines-Based)

Full-Time | Remote | Digital Agency

We are seeking a high-performing individual with high integrity.
Appointment Setter based in the Philippines with exceptional communication skills and proven experience in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, CRM management, and data-driven lead generation. The ideal candidate is confident, organised, and results-focused, with excellent command of the English language and grammar.
Self-motivated and self management is key.


???? Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume cold calls to engage prospects, qualify leads, and book sales appointments.

Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns including connection requests, messaging sequences, and follow-ups.

Manage email marketing outreach, including templated sequences and personalised communications.

Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho) to ensure accurate tracking of leads, communications, and pipeline status.

Analyse data to optimise outreach performance and improve appointment-setting success rates.

Nurture leads with professional, articulate communication aligned to brand tone.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, campaigns, and messaging.

Hit weekly and monthly KPIs including calls made, conversations, and appointments booked.


???? Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5+ years experience as an Appointment Setter, SDR, or similar lead generation role.

Self-motivated and innovative.

Strong background in cold calling with confidence in speaking to decision-makers.

Excellent English fluency, written and verbal — strong grammar, tone, and professionalism.

Hands-on experience using LinkedIn for outbound prospecting (Sales Navigator preferred).

Working knowledge of email outreach tools (Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake, mail chimp, Notion, etc.).

Proficiency in CRM platforms and data management and how to build and grow these lists.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple outreach sequences at once.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.


???? Preferred (Bonus) Skills

Experience in digital marketing, creative services, SaaS, or agency environments.

Understanding of lead qualification frameworks such as BANT, CHAMP, or MEDDIC.

Ability to optimise scripts and messaging based on data insights.
