Cold Caller/Outbound Calls

We’re building a lean, high-performance outbound team — not hiring generic telemarketers.
You’ll be trained on proven outreach systems, supported by strong leadership, and paid for results.

Compensation Structure

* $30 per qualified appointment (must meet our criteria).
* 6% commission on every closed deal you help generate.
* Our average ticket price is $3,000, so you’ll earn $180 per closed deal in addition to your appointment payouts.
* Hit $20,000 in total revenue generated and you unlock a permanent $1,000/month base salary + ongoing commissions.
* Top performers are fast-tracked into high-ticket closing roles with even higher earning potential.

Daily Responsibilities

* Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to pre-qualified service-business lists.
* Follow our SMS ? Call ? Qualify ? Book outreach framework.
* Pre-qualify prospects using our checklist to ensure high-quality appointments
* Log in very call outcome, objection, and lead note in GoHighLevel CRM.
* Attend short daily check-ins for coaching, objection handling, and performance reviews.
* Maintain consistent follow-ups with warm and previously engaged prospects.

Career Path

* Cold Caller / Appointment Setter ? Produce $20K+ in revenue
* Senior Setter ? $1,000/month base + commissions
* Closer / Account Executive ? 10%–15% commission per deal
* Optional growth into Team Lead, Trainer, or Operations roles

Requirements

* Strong phone confidence; comfortable with objections and rejection.
* Clear, conversational English — no robotic delivery.
* Experience in cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting (preferred but not required).
* High self-discipline and motivation to hit daily activity targets.
* Ability to followscript frameworks and improve through coaching.
* Stable internet, quality headset, and a quiet work environment.
