Prospect Identification & Contact Information Scraping

I am looking for a prospecting assistant to identify 100 high potential US independent financial advisor (RIA) prospects by reviewing their publicly available Form ADV to identify whether they mention using margin loans or SBLOCs. Once the targets have been identified, the assistant will be tasked with sourcing an email address and phone number for a key leader (CEO, Managing Partner, or Chief Investment Officer) at each firm from the firm's website and populating an Excel spreadsheet with the relevant firm name, contact name, contact email, and contact phone number. There is potential for additional similar work with successful completion of this task.
